My husband claims the Flamingo is not on the strip - but I believe it is.

I even found a map that shows it is on the strip, but he still believes it is about a block off.

Who is right?

The Flamingo Hotel is on the strip.

However, there is a Flamingo Timeshare that is behind the hotel and not on the strip. Maybe he is thinking of this.

He thought your map was a fake? Sounds like this is simple matter-of-fact, and should be simple enough to prove. Look at the satellite view on Google Maps and you can zoom right in and confirm.
