I have noticed that a couple casinos have a BBQ buffet on Tuesdays, but I haven%26#39;t seen any during the weekend. Does anyone know if there is any BBQ buffets on the weekends? I will be in Vegas on March 12-15 and would like to go to a BBQ buffet if possible.

NOBODY in Vegas makes authentic BBQ. They all have a GIMMICK.
Same goes for KOBE BEEF.
There aint NO KOBE BEEF in Vegas.
There aint NO AUTHENTIC CHINESE on the strip.
Off strip--- Yes.
So, I guess that if I go into a chinese restaurant on the strip, looking for a kobe meatball slathered in bbq sauce, I%26#39;m out of luck??? Lol
