Casino Royale, always has $1 Michelob Amber Beer and $1 Margaritas, and drinks are only a couple of bucks, all day and all night long (might be $1.50 now)

Tequila Bar at Bally’s, 4 to 7 Pm you can get a margarita or a beer and a shot of tequila for $4.50
