Misc Questions

Hello! I will be there for Memorial Day weekend have a few questions..

1. Are there any good vegetarian restaurants on or near the strip?

2. Which hotel pools have public access?

3. This might be a difficult question to answer, but are there any budget-friendly spas?.. Not dirt cheap, but maybe a better way to phrase this is which ones are less expensive?

4. We%26#39;re staying at the Jockey Club, near the Bellagio. Are there any good breakfast places around there?

Thanks very much in advance!

Don%26#39;t know for sure, but I%26#39;ve heard several times that Flamingo is open after 2pm.

I really like St Loius Cafe at Paris for breakfast.

Misc Questions

As Low said, Flamingo has in the past had a policy of opening their pool area to the public starting around 2 PM. I don%26#39;t know of any other pools that are free to use for non-guests, however a number of casinos have adult-only ';pool clubs'; or pool parties that outsiders can attend for a cover charge. Some are only open on weekends or on a specific day of the week.

Also, you should be aware that many hotel spas will not accept outside bookings on weekends.

Last year the Rio and the Golden Nugget (downtown) allowed non-guests to use their pool for a fee. Flamingo was free after 2PM. Policies change so it is best to contact the hotels to see what policy will be like this year.
